Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, deposit is due and payable once the lease is signed. Lease sign date and actual move in date may be different. -
Can I change the locks?
No. This would violate the lease agreement terms. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, as long as the house is returned in the same condition as when you moved in. Of course normal wear and tear is understood. -
What happens if I can't pay rent on time?

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
All applications are processed online through our website, the link on the homes for rent page. All adults over 18 must apply individually. Make sure to review the application screening criteria before applying -
How do I pay rent?
Your rent is due on the first day of every month. All payments must be paid through your online tenant portal. Tenant portal will be provided at signing of lease. -
Are pets allowed?
Every home has its own pet policy. Depending on the home you are wanting to lease, the pet policy will be available for review. Additional pet deposits and monthly pet rent may apply. -
What kind of situations are emergencies?
Emergencies threaten human lives and/or cause property damage. For example, a burst water line flooding the home. -
How do I report needed repairs and maintenance requests?
Call/email/text our office, or submit your request through our tenant Portal.
