Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
As your property managers we sign leases for you but upon request you can sign leases. All leases will be emailed to you and will be available in your owners portal. -
Do you sell real estate too?

How is rent collection handled?
Most tenants set up direct deposit payment via their tenant portal, but they can also drop off cashier's checks at our office. Our efficient rent collection process minimizes late payments and ensures a steady cash flow for property owners -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically sign 12-month leases, providing stability for both landlords and tenants. This standard lease term helps maintain consistent occupancy and reduces turnover rates. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We charge a security deposit typically equivalent to one month's rent. This deposit protects against potential damages and ensures tenants have a vested interest in maintaining the property. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We are available to start as soon as our management agreement is signed. -
What type of properties do you manage?

What type of reports do I get and how often?
Statements are emailed monthly, and you have 24/7 access to the owner portal. This continuous access ensures you are always up-to-date on your property's financial performance. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The security deposit is held in a trust account managed by Pioneer 1 Realty, Inc. As this is not income. This ensures the deposit is handled according to legal requirements and provides security for both landlords and tenants.
